Mike’s RPO career began at Sevenstep at its inception over 10 years ago as a recruiter. As the business has grown in project RPO services, Mike has held roles as a Lead Recruiter, Team Manager and Senior Manager before moving into his current role as Executive Director, Client Services. As an Executive Director, Mike oversees multiple client accounts while providing strategic consultation to client stakeholders across the globe.
