Noelle Paras

As Vice President of Client Services, Noelle’s primary focus and responsibility is client delight and to generate organic growth by providing the best in class recruitment solutions. Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Noelle joined Sevenstep as a recruiter in 2010 – her first role in the recruiting profession. Consistently every two years for the last decade, Noelle’s hard work and dedication has earned her recognizable promotions. In 2019, she officially became a member of the senior leadership team at Sevenstep when she was promoted to Vice President. Noelle’s role today is twofold: 1. to ensure that all Sevenstep clients are receiving comprehensive and creative solutions to solve their business challenges, and 2. to develop and manage the internal Sevenstep client services workforce. In her role, Noelle also ensures Sevenstep’s offerings and resources, including technology stack, offshoring and the like, are being maximized and utilized appropriately across all client accounts.
