Boston, MA - Seven Step RPO, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, announced unparalleled growth in the first quarter of 2013, increasing its revenue by 101 percent over Q1 of 2012. Additionally, 70 percent of Seven Step’s clients chose to expand scope within the last two quarters, most notably within the financial, insurance, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Highlights from the Quarter
Customer Growth –In the first quarter of 2013, Seven Step increased its hiring scope by 173 percent over Q1 of 2012. Additionally, a major financial institution expanded its recruiting services program with Seven Step from 600 annual hires in 2012 to 7,000 annual hires in 2013. Boston MA, August 28, 2012 -- Seven Step Recruiting, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, will kick off its new community action initiative by sponsoring and supporting the MitoAction Energy Walk & 5K in Boston on September 16, 2012.
